How to get a list of my PC specs

This article will show you how to get your PC ( Windows Vista and later ) specifications.

DXDiag

DXDiag is a program that is shipped with all Microsoft Windows systems since Windows Vista.

To run it you must do this:

1. Press Windows Key + R ( Opens Run menu )
2. Type in dxdiag and press OK

A window titled "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" will open. From there you should press "Save All Information...".

All your PC information ( no private data ) will be saved into a file, which you will need to send to us.
