I cant log into the server. It keeps crashing the gane and putting me back to the xbox homescreen.

You dropped the ball by giving this port to Double 11. Since June 4th I have not been able to load into any server and its the 13th today. I have not bern able to play for 9 days and they don't seem to be in any hurry to fix this situation. You have excited people to play the game into people who hate it know.
Terrible man. I paid 120 dollars for this and I cant even acces the stuff I paid extra for. No skin store, the currency I get is useless, and I cant even load into 90% of servers forcing me to go through each one, crash load back up, and try another. If any patch came put for these then I'd be ok, seeing as they are working on it. But I've only seen 1a8once I bought it, and it took out the skin store. What was the purpose of selling the large bundles when I cant even acces half the game? I want a refund because this is absolute bullshit
Servers just wiped and you can't even get on half of them and finally when I did managed to play for a hour before the server kicks every1 off for emergency maintenance with no warning so myself and others are left outside our bases for any1 to grab our gear later. Fucking piece of shit game waste of £50.

Server maps are too small for the population. Population cap needs to be lowered. Blueprints are not wiped on a regular basis and allow zerg bases and clans to continue to run the server. Big bases are built up in a matter of a couple hours and allow all members of that base to receieve weapons to kill anyone in sight. You can cross one side of the map to the other in less than 10 minutes, allowing these big teams to kill anyone in sight. Frame issues and constant lag. Solo players are unable to play whatsoever. Waste of money and time. No point in farming if players are going to get kicked out of the game or die to a clan of 5 plus. Toxicity is unregulated. Community servers need to be added ASAP, that way players can run the servers instead of you.
